Once your rental application is completed, management will schedule a lease agreement signing.
At that time, you will be required to pay your security deposit and first month’s rent.

To be considered for a rental at Hudson Rise, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Each applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
- Credit: A minimum credit score of approximately 680 is recommended.
- Income: Household income should be at least three times the monthly rent.

At Wallkill Commons, we welcome your pets! Here are the guidelines:
- Maximum of one pet per unit
- Weight limit: 25 pounds
- Non-aggressive breeds only (subject to landlord approval)
- Additional fee: $50 per pet

At Hudson Rise, we work to make your rental experience seamless. We use the Tenants Go app, giving residents a simple way to manage electronic payments and communicate directly with management for any needs or requests. Best of all, this convenient service is included with your lease at no extra cost.
