After completing the RentSpree application as part of the rental application process, please email a copy of your photo ID along with proof of income to Evakhomes@gmail.com to apply for your apartment.

Once your apartment application is completed, management will schedule a lease agreement signing. At that time, you will be required to pay your security deposit and first month’s rent as part of the rental application process. We look forward to finalizing your new home!

To apply for an apartment at Hudson Rise, applicants must meet the following criteria: Age: Each applicant must be 21 years of age or older. Credit: A minimum credit score of approximately 720 is recommended. Income: Household income should be at least three times the monthly rent. All applicants are subject to a standard background and credit check during the rental application process, in accordance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval; all applications are reviewed in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable landlord-tenant laws.
